The Amazon Rainforest is known as the “Lung of the world,” and plays a significant action in controlling the climate of the world and is home to many animal and plant species that have yet to be adequately analyzed.
Unfortunately, this green lung is continuously threatened by pollution, fires and wild buildings by unscrupulous industrialists.
Our project aims to protect the Amazon forest and combat degradation. Our partners have focused on the Puerto Maldonado area, collaborating with farmers and local authorities to create a sustainable ecosystem, with cocoa crops and planting trees of all species.
Farmers will also participate in training courses to learn the basic principles of ecology and how to manage forest resources best.
The project is not only focused on trees, but also on birds. The area where we operate is located in the region of Madre De Dios, which is home to 10% of bird species from around the world. It is an area with a high rate of deforestation and degradation due to wild agriculture and the lack of a control body.
Planting trees in this area and promoting awareness is essential for saving rare species of birds and animals and giving the opportunity to live a dignified life for all these people.
Supporting this project is very important, not just for the future of the Amazon, but for the whole world. Millions of people will improve the quality of their lives thanks to your help, a single tree can change many lives for the better, it is a small gesture that allows you to save the world.
